Description
In L6219DS motor driver designed to drive a bipolar stepper motor windings or two-way simultaneous control of two DC motors. These two bridges have the ability to maintain 45 V and include internal pulse-width modulation (PWM) output current of 750 mA control. The output is optimized for low output saturation voltage drop (less than 1.8 V total sources plus sink 500 mA).
For PWM current control, the maximum output current depends on the user selects a reference voltage and sensing resistor. Two logic-level input selection of 0, 33, 67 or 100% of the maximum output current limit. A-phase input bridge load current direction of each decision.
Bridge both the ground and transient protection against damage induced flies back diode. Internally generated delays prevent cross-over currents when switching current direction. Special power up sequencing is not required. Thermal protection circuitry disables the output, if the chip temperature exceeds safe operating range.
The L6219DS is to supply 24-pin surface mount package. It's bat building packages as small as possible the construction of the largest power. The device can also operate a special order from -40 กใ C to +85 กใ C or to +105 กใ C A lead-free version (100% matte tin lead frame) is also available.
